Classes sometimes fill up fast.

It's best to get signed up via the Headstrong App where you can reserve your spot, and see upcoming workouts!

Get signed up:

Email raylene@headstrongfit.com with your Full Name, Email, and Phone #

You'll receive an email confirming your information and a link to set up your profile.

Download the Headstrong app linked below:

Once your profile is set up, allow 24-48 hours for Resilience programming to become visible. 

Find upcoming workouts in app:

Navigate to the "Workouts" tab on the bottom

Then click the drop down menu and select "04 - Resilience Saturdays" (or Resilience if you pay for a full membership).

 

The workout for that weekend should become visible! Scroll to see the Activators, Strength, and Burner sections. This is also where you can track your progress by clicking "Log result" in the bottom right corner of each section.

Reserve your spot in app:

Navigate to the "Schedule" tab on the bottom

Then click "classes" on the menu at the top next to "Reservations."

 

Select the date you are looking for and available classes will become visible below. Select the class you want and tap the green "Reserve" button. See you in class!

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS.

Keep in mind Saturday classes are free, so you'll have access to an additional class per week!

  • Tuesday/Thursday classes  + Open Gym Access (unlimited) - $90/mo

  • 5 Class Pack (punchcard redeemable for 5 classes) - $80

  • Class Drop In (one time use) - $25

  • Saturday class only (no open gym access) - FREE
